TERENCE SCHROEDER, Associate, graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law with a J.D. magna cum laude in May 2014. In law school, he was a judicial extern with the Hon. Robert M.D. Turk of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County (27 th Judicial Circuit of Virginia), and worked as Summer Associate with Drohan Lee LLP, where among other litigation and transactional work he assisted in defense of a first impression Martin Act investigation by the New York Attorney General into alleged early release of financial market data. He also served as a research assistant for Professor Brant Hellwig of the Washington & Lee University School of Law in Spring 2013, and worked as a summer intern at the Mongtomery County State’s Attorney’s Office in Rockville, MD.
Additionally, he was a Lead Articles Editor (2013–2014) and Staffwriter (2012–2013) for the Washington and Lee Law Review and was the News/Sports Editor (2013–2014) and a contributor to Washington and Lee Law News .
He graduated from Georgetown University magna cum laude in May 2009 with a B.A. in Government and minor in Spanish.
