Joined the Alternative Investment Practice Group of Drohan Lee in January of 2008. Before joining the firm, Mr. Chamberlain served as regulatory counsel and compliance officer to CMC Markets (US)LLC, the U.S. subsidiary of one of Europe’s largest FX, futures and derivatives houses. His practice areas include U.S. and international commodities and securities regulation as well as private investment fund creation and structuring. Mr. Chamberlain graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001, and received his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University in 2005. He studied Corporate Finance and Financial Accounting in the Penn State M.B.A. Program, and completed programs at the University of London Center for Advances Legal Studies in EU Commercial Law and International Financial Regulation.
