Serves as special Intellectual Property counsel to the Alternative Investments and Corporate and Regulatory Practice Groups. She has extensive experience covering both transactional and litigation matters within her IP specialty, including complex financial technology licensing for a number of major institutional clients. She has held past associate positions at Paterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, Associate (New York Office) (1991 – 1993) and Whiteman Osterman & Hanna (Albany’s largest law firm) (1993- 1996), and was of counsel to Young Sommer Ward Ritzenberg Baker & Moore . She graduated with a B.A. from the State University of New York, Albany, NY, USA, summa cum laude and earned a M.A.T. from the State University of New York, Binghamton, NY, USA. Ms. Del Peral earned her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School Union University, Albany, New York in 1991, where she was a member of the editorial staff of the Albany Law Review.
