Graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1990 and Brooklyn Law School in 1997. Mr. Larsen provides advice and counsel to a diverse array of the firm’s corporate clients, including hedge funds, venture backed start-ups, transaction processing and telecommunication companies, and advertising and media companies. In addition to providing clients with corporate legal advice, Mr. Larsen’s familiarity with the firm’s clients enables him effectively negotiate and litigate on their behalf when necessary. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Larsen is a member of the Association of the Bar City of New York. His areas of practice are corporate, real estate, and commercial litigation.
