Founding Partner of Drohan Lee LLP heads the firm’s Tax Practice Group, in addition to his role as fund and investment tax counsel to the Alternative Investments Practice Group. His areas of practice are corporate taxation and corporate transactional matters. Mr. Lee was an associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, LLP, a leading international law firm based in New York City and Mexico City. He graduated with honors from Dartmouth College in 1991, Fordham University School of Law in 1996 and N.Y.U. School of Law with a Master of Laws in Taxation in 1997. While at Fordham, he was the Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and a board member of the Korean American League for Civic Action, as well as an active member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
