Gary A. Feder is special counsel to the firm's Alternative Investments Practice Group and Regulatory Practice Group. He specializes in the areas of business formation and governance, commodities law and regulation, securities law and regulation, fund formation and investment due diligence. Mr. Feder has over 15 years experience in private practice as a transactional business attorney, a commodities and securities litigator, and he has been general counsel to institutions in the finance, software and automotive industries. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1988 and earned a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1991. He is a member of the U.S. Second, Tenth, Eleventh and D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as various U.S. Districts Courts nationwide.
