Anthony Greenwood, Of Counsel

ANTHONY GREENWOOD , Of Counsel, to the New York office and principal in the Canadian office of DL, located in the prestigious King and Bay area of downtown Toronto, Canada's financial centre. Mr. Greenwood is an award winning graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School (1987), traditionally Canada's most respected law school. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Greenwood received his ordination in Talmudic Law from the renowned Beth Medrash Gevoah in Lakewood, New Jersey and a Masters degree in Psychology and Education from Adelphi University in Long Island, New York. Mr. Greenwood has published many articles in the area of business law and finance, has lectured on these topics at the post graduate level and was for many years the Associate Editor of the Canadian based Banking and Finance Law Review and North American editor of the Australian based Journal of Banking and Finance. After commencing private practice at the Toronto office of the distinguished international business law firm of Stikeman, Elliott, for greater than twenty years Mr. Greenwood has been in private practice with a focus on international business law and dispute resolution gaining vast knowledge of a myriad of legal jurisdictions and business cultures throughout the Americas, Europe and the Far East. Mr. Greenwood has also had stints as a director and officer of various public companies, primarily in the telecom and tech sector including those listed on NASDAQ National Markets.
